2. Transformer Oil Treatment
(Dehydration, Degassing, Filtration, Refilling)
Our company has procured advanced machinery for transformer insulating oil dehydration and circulation. Certified and experienced engineers supervise the full installation of Power Transformers, equipped with all necessary machinery (Oil Treatment Unit, Vacuum Pump Assembly) to ensure that erection and filling processes comply with technical regulations, manufacturer specifications, and client schedules, delivering fully functional results. Vacuum Pump Assembly Our vacuum pump assembly achieves a discharge rate of 1000 m³/h, allowing it to reach absolute vacuum inside the transformer in minimal time. Oil Treatment Unit Transformer insulating oils are used for cooling, insulation, and arc suppression. Composed mainly of alkanes, saturated naphthenic hydrocarbons, and unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbons, these oils may contain traces of water, gases, and impurities. The oil treatment unit heats, dehydrates, degasses, and filters the oils to ensure optimal quality
